RATES AND OTHER
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

100 Euros per night. 3-night minimum.

Special US dollar rate of $150 per night. 3-night minimum.

Rentals of less than 7 nights pay either 60 Euros or $90 USD extra for cleaning. Rentals of 7 nights or longer need not pay this additional fee.

Ask for our special long-term rates.

To Confirm your Reservation:
A deposit equal to one-half of the total rental fee reserves the apartment for your dates. The remainder must be paid at least two weeks prior to your visit.

A refundable security deposit of $500 USD/400 Euros for a one-week rental, or one week's rent for longer stays, is required before the first day of the rental. Within one week after the end of the rental period, we will email you notice in the unlikely event of any charges for damage to the apartment or furnishings. At that point the security deposit minus any applicable fees will be returned to you.

At the present time we do not accept credit cards for payment. We do accept personal checks or cashier's checks.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 14 or more days before the first day of rental: 100% refund minus $150 USD/100 Euros administrative fee. Cancellation less than 14 days before the first day of rental: 50% refund unless we are able to rent the apartment for those days, in which case we refund all except a $150 USD/100 Euros administrative fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing; email or fax notification to 1.858.484.0587 is OK.

Additional Information
Check-in is after 3 p.m. on the date of arrival, and check-out is by noon on the date of departure. Early check-in may be possible depending upon the departure of the previous guest. Let us know if you need early check-in and we will do all possible to accommodate you. After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you detailed instructions for your arrival.
